Dr. Erin Knizner is passionate about providing her patients a relaxing dental experience. She believes that all of her patients deserve to be treated like family and, with a conservative approach, she hopes to provide quality care to patients of all ages.
Born and raised in Washington County, Dr. Erin graduated Magna Cum Laude from Washington & Jefferson College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Cell/Molecular Biology. After graduation, she worked at the University of Pittsburgh Eye & Ear Institute, researching treatments for macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy, expanding her knowledge and experience in all aspects of healthcare.
Dr. Erin then earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where she graduated with honors. With her roots in Washington County, she moved back to Southwestern PA, where she has been providing comprehensive dental care since 2014. Dr. Erin has expanded her dental education by completing her Academy of Dental and Medical Anesthesia Certification to provide sedation to phobic patients, as well as extensive implant training to allow for the most up-to-date treatment planning.
Dr. Erin is a member of the American Dental Association and the Pennsylvania Dental Association. When she’s not providing compassionate dental care to her patients, Dr. Erin enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her husband, Chris, and their three children, Matthew, Benjamin, and Charlotte. They reside in Venetia, PA.
